Guidelines and Ethical Considerations for Assessment Center Operations
Updated and endorsed by the International Congress on Assessment Center Methods (September 2009), this monograph is intended to establish professional guidelines and ethical considerations for users of the assessment center method. These guidelines are designed to cover both existing and future applications. The current guidelines also discusses a number of considerations in developing and using assessment centers in diverse cultural settings.
