A German Survey of Assessment Center Applications 2008

the first time such a study covers the top 100 listed corporations in
Germany
. The survey shows application of assessment center methodology and
trends in comparison with last the study in 2004. In this presentation
you will see aspects like the type of simulations used, new trends, kind
of participant feedbacks, target groups for the methodology. Dr.
Obermann will outline the differences in the individual European
countries.

. He is managing director of a German consultancy specializing in
assessment center technology and has introduced or improved the
technology for several leading corporations in
Germany
and
Europe
. He has been in the business for fifteen years. Dr. Obermann teaches at
the
University
of
Applied
sciences in
Cologne
and is author of the leading textbook on the subject.
