The objective of this presentation is to highlight the benefits of using Assessment Centre (AC) methodology to identify and develop talent as well as relate learnings and experiences gained at Deloitte Southern Africa.  Deloitte has been utilising AC’s for a variety of HR applications for over 15 years. More recently there has been a shift in that developmental AC’s have become more and more instrumental  in identifying as well as developing  talent, and are no longer being merely  used as an assessment tool. Today, AC's serve as an essential component in  managing  the Deloitte leadership pipeline. The presentation will detail how AC's are utilized at Deloitte Southern Africa and how they have become crucial in identifying and developing talent.
