Short Simulations. Big Results!

While in an ideal world, every organisation would run a full assessment centre, organisational realities (resource and time constraints) sometimes prevent this from occurring.  This presentation describes several short simulations that maximise the use of automation to provide valuable alternatives to the traditional brick and mortar assessment centre.  A number of these simulations have shown impressive organisational results, including lowered turnover, improved employee performance, and reduced adverse impact.  Dr. Gowing will briefly describe each study and demonstrate a few of these new technologies, possibly the next generation of assessment centres.
