Worldwide Talent Management: Leveraging Automation to Ensure Impact
Corporate
globalization has heightened the stakes and broadened the context for
assessment and other talent strategy applications. Many global
organizations shift from often fragmented, isolated, regional talent
management approaches to a true global talent strategy and are demanding
a high degree of global quality, consistency, and efficiency.
DDI will illustrate both unique and common challenges faced by a cross-section of multi-national organizations as they embarked on global talent management implementations. We will showcase general lessons learned and best practice recommendations, including how technology can maximize professionalism, efficiency and impact.
