M. Alge is President of Alge Consulting Ltd, a management consulting
firm focusing on personnel and organization development for public and
private sector organizations and sports teams. She is an expert on personality assessment, personal and
organizational effectiveness and has introduced or improved the
assessment technology for leading global companies.
Before
she founded her own company she worked for different organizations as a
consultant and cooperation and communication trainer. She has more than 12 years of experience in training and
developing people.
Additional expertise includes individual development and counseling, selecting, coaching, and developing high performing teams, and the design of management development programs. Studies in Sociology, Economics and Informatics at Zurich University.
