Payoff from Assessment Centers: A Corporate View
AFNI’s goal
is to develop their entry- and middle-level managers for roles with
greater responsibility, and have realized that figuring our where they
currently stand is the first step before deciding where they need to go.
They have implemented assessment centres and gained great
insights in their staff’s skills and areas needing improvement.
This presentation will outline the process used and demonstrate
how their new ability to “develop with focus” improved their
managers’ performance. They
will also discuss how they are looking to continue to expand the use of
assessment centres within their company, and how they are seen as an
integral investment in their workforce.
