Realizing the Promise of Potential
Organizations
are increasingly focused on finding their future generations of leaders.
Human resources, talent officers, and even CEOs are constantly
looking to identify the next group of high potentials to groom as senior
leaders. These “hi-pos” are expected to grow and develop more
quickly and completely than others in the company to refuel the leader
pipeline.
While some organizations are successful at truly reaping the benefits of their efforts, many are perplexed at the lack of return on their significant investments in future leadership talent. This session explores the importance of the right planning, execution and ongoing support to maximize the identification and development of today’s high potentials into tomorrow’s leaders.
