He practised as Jungian Analyst in Dublin at the Asklepios Psychotherapy Centre where he was MD and Practice Leader. Anthony has an abiding interest in Psychological Type, having written many articles and presented conference papers on the topic. He was formerly International Director of the Association for Psychological Type. He is an INFJ.

He has resided in South Africa since 1996 where until recently he worked as a freelance consultant in the field of Organizational Psychology. He was Regional Manager of Business School Nederland, where he chaired the MBA viva voce panel and lectured in Action Research Methodology. Later he became Senior Lecturer on De Montfort University’s MBA programme and lectured in Organizational Behaviour and Understanding Contemporary Organizations. He has supervised many MBA theses in both institutions. He was a course designer and the co-author of the University of South Africa (UNISA) course Wellness in the Workplace and is a Trauma Counselor for ABSA – a South African bank. From 2000 until 2006 he was an Associate Consultant with SHL where his work included Assessment Centre observation and reporting, job analysis and 360 degree and psychometric test feedback. He has been on consulting assignments for SHL in South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana and Kenya.
