Aligning Assessment Centres with Organisation Needs
Ensuring
that assessment centres are aligned with organizational need is critical
and, arguably, has become increasingly demanding.
Strategy is no longer set in tablets of stone and organizational
structure; processes and capability need continually to evolve to meet
new challenges. The
demographic time bomb is radically changing the balance between
recruitment and retention and within organizations there are fewer
organisation levels, role models and low risk development opportunities.
Drawing
on client work, this session will explore some of the techniques and
processes that ensure that assessment centres deliver real value within
this dynamic and challenging business context.
