Improving the Odds—Managing Leadership Growth at Caesars Entertainment

Gene Clark will share the story of how Caesars Entertainment (formerly ParkPlace) was formed, the issues they faced as cultures clashed, and the attitudes that developed towards education and associate development. Painting a picture of the business challenge before them, Gene will outline the rationale for the creation of an entirely new Organization Development function, and how Caesars went about assessing their leadership needs. Having implemented development initiatives at all levels of leadership, Gene will share program results, succession management successes, and the cultural shifts they’ve achieved in tackling this tremendous challenge.
