Nominating High Potentials for Assessment

One of the first and most critical steps in an organizational talent management program is building a nomination pool. The process varies widely across organizations, but most commonly culminates in a nomination meeting among key stakeholders. Needless to say, there is a great deal riding on the decisions reached during this meeting. The success of the program, and ultimately, its impact on organization effectiveness will depend on the accuracy of the talent identification process.

In this interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to share insights regarding approaches that have worked favorably, as well challenges they have faced as they prepare for and facilitate their own talent identification meetings.
