Using 360-degree Feedback on Conflict to Develop Managers
This session focuses on the topic of Leadership and Conflict and introduces attendees to the research behind a new 360-degree approach to measuring responses to conflict. The research is unique in that it focuses explicitly on the behaviors people display when faced with conflict rather than examining styles. The session addresses research, applications, and interventions that can generate renewed commitment to strengthening conflict resolution skills.
