Ann Gowdey has over 25 years experience in the fields of leadership and organization development. Currently, Ann is Manager of Assessment and Development for United Technologies Corporation, a Fortune 50 company with 150,000 employees engaged in high tech manufacturing worldwide.
Prior to joining UTC, Ann was principle of Ann Gowdey Consulting, a firm specializing in leadership and organization development and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Connecticut Mutual Life. She has designed and implemented innovative assessment practices in city, county and state government, financial services, human services, and manufacturing organizations.

Carol L. Bowen has 18 years of experience in large corporate environments. She was a corporate officer of a major financial services corporation for seven years and in 1994 began a management development and coaching practice. She has worked independently and in close partnership with highly recognized assessment practitioners in the development and implementation of management assessment for development programs for executives and high potential managers.
While Ms. Bowen’s latest endeavor is the development and implementation of a self & peer assessment development center for United Technologies, a Fortune 100 corporation, she has worked extensively with executives and middle managers in such areas as executive assessment and development, performance evaluation & development systems, team-building, training, and strategy facilitation.
