This session will overview the whole recruitment process which runs for over 7,000 graduate applicants to UBS globally - we will show how our recruitment process attracts and sifts large numbers of applicants and uses specifically designed filter stages and assessment centres to identify the most talented applicants.

Neeha has worked as an internal and external consultant supporting clients across a wide range of projects in the area of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Her primary area of practice is in selection and assessment, although she has managed client projects in the areas of performance management, leadership development, surveys, and diversity. In her role as co-head of group assessment services at UBS AG, a Global Financial Services firm, Neeha's key areas of responsibility are global graduate and talent assessment, on-line assessment, and validation of assessment processes.

After graduating from the University of Wales and post-graduate research at the University of London and Norway (Bergen), I joined a computer consultancy in a personnel role. Following this I worked with SHL Group plc, one of the world's leading HR assessment and psychometric firms. During 10 years with SHL I was responsible for all UK assessment centre business, deputy head of UK consulting, and for the last 3 years I set up and ran SHL's International Consulting team based in the Netherlands.

Since Joining UBS AG, a Global Financial Services firm, I have held 3 key positions - Head of Leadership and Management Development , Head of Organisational Measurement and Assessment -both for UBS private banking, and my current role as head of a group function responsible for developing UBS's human capital.

My key areas of interest are succession, leadership development and workplace assessment.
