Ann Gowdey has over 25 years experience in the fields of leadership and organization development. Currently, Ann is Manager of Assessment and Development for United Technologies Corporation, a Fortune 50 company with 150,000 employees engaged in high tech manufacturing worldwide.

Prior to joining UTC, Ann was principle of Ann Gowdey Consulting, a firm specializing in leadership and organization development and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Connecticut Mutual Life. She has designed and implemented innovative assessment practices in city, county and state government, financial services, human services, and manufacturing organizations.

His clients include Alcoa, Credit Suisse First Boston, ExxonMobil, Fortis Financial, JPMorgan Chase, Pepsi-Cola, PPG Industries, and United Technologies. He is also a featured speaker at national conferences on advances in competency-based applications. George holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard College, an MA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University.
